By downloading, installing, or using the NEXUS-Q compiler ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not download or use the Software.
NEXUS-Q Project grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Software in executable form (nexusq.exe or equivalent) for personal, academic, or commercial purposes.
This license is strictly limited to the use of the compiler as provided. You are expressly prohibited from:
Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting in any way to extract the source code of the Software.
Modification and Derivation: Creating derivative works based on the compiler's code.
Redistribution: Selling, renting, sublicensing, distributing, or hosting the Software (the binary file) on public servers on behalf of third parties without explicit written permission. End users must download the Software exclusively through official channels (e.g., nexus6.run).
NEXUS-Q Project claims no ownership rights over the .n6q scripts, microservices, payloads, or databases created, generated, or managed by you (or by Artificial Intelligence agents on your behalf) through the use of the Software. All code written by you remains entirely your exclusive property.
The Software, including but not limited to the source code, architecture, reference manual, documentation (--docs), and built-in examples, as well as the "NEXUS-Q" name and logo, are the exclusive property of Alberto Adorni and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. No right, title, or interest is transferred to you other than the use license explicitly stated in Section 1.
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The author does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements or those of particular Artificial Intelligence systems.
In no event shall the author, contributors, or NEXUS-Q Project be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to: loss of data, business interruption, loss of profits, or damages resulting from autonomous actions taken by LLM agents) arising in any way out of the use of or inability to use this Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
